Grade 1: Student should have someone read to them one of the following selections:

Every student is required to submit a book report during the first week of school.
Grade 2: We are encouraging all children to read at least one book from the list of authors below.

After reading a selection, your child should submit a book report during the first week of school.
Grade 3: Every student is required to read at least one of the following selections and submit a book report
during the first week of school:
Junie B. Jones series by Barbara Park Jigsaw Jones Mystery series by James Preller
Magic Tree House series by Mary Pope Osborne
Grade 4: All students are required to read at least two books during the summer and submit book reports
during the first week of school. Please do not select a book previously read. Please select the books from the following authors: Beverly Cleary or Matt Christopher
Grade 5: The students in fifth grade will be required to do a summer book report. The students must choose a book from the list below and fill out the book report.
